multi pouch

i bought 2 of these as I do a fair amount of stitching on the go, especially at medical appointments/ treatments. i'd heard of this product from one of my quilting/ stitching magazines. i'm VERY glad i checked out this product myself.

i wanted to be able to organize threads, scissors, and project components into smaller mini pouches. doing this means i can choose what i take with me, as these pouches easily velcro in and out of the larger pouch.

the velcro strips are sturdy. each pouch exterior can be easily cleaned if that concerns you, which it does when you're in a medical setting.

the inner zip pouches are perfectly sized and can hold threads securely, enabling you to see what's in them. the outer plastic compartment also offers more storage for handwork parts.

finally, the outer wraparound system includes even more storage space and is where i keep needle packets, my scissors, and anything else i want to bring with me, like needle threaders.

up to now, i've had to make up my own system for taking things along, usually using zip lock baggies. not ideal as it's too easy to forget something, and there is more likelihood of thread tangling, etc.

i also have other storage systems i've used, but you aren't able to visualize what's in the project bag you're using. here, you "unroll" your outer pouch and all compartments are seen. the materials are easy to clean. incredibly versatile.
